Tiffany - Sous Chef
I was born and raised in Lima, spending nearly my entire adult life here. I discovered my love for cooking later in life, and what started out as a simple desire had quickly blossomed into a passion. In my spare time, I volunteer at the homeless shelter cooking meals for the men and women there. A friend encouraged me to apply to The Met, and the moment I set foot in the door I knew I was at my forever home. Starting out as a Prep Cook, I got to experience my first real time at a quality restaurant. I've now worked my way up to the Sous Chef here at The Met, but no matter how long I'm here and no matter what I see and do, there's always something to learn and something to be better at.
